OUR STORY
A&E Raz has been active in New York real estate since 1984, guided by the personal entrepreneurial spirit of its founder, Avinoam "Baji" Raz (of blessed memory). Avi, together with his partner in life and in business, his wife Elise, embarked on a venture into real estate development that took them across New York City, including the surrounding boroughs, and even back to their home country, Israel. Today, we continue Avi's legacy by providing property management and a wide array of other real estate services, led by our three core values:
