A&E Raz has been active in New York real estate since 1984, guided by the entrepreneurial vision of its founder, Avinoam “Baji” Raz (of blessed memory). Together with his partner in life and business, his wife Elise, Avi built a legacy of community-focused development—spanning neighborhoods across New York City, its surrounding boroughs, and international markets.
